Earlier today, CNN tested Obamacare exchanges in 20 states, and ran into problems in 20 of them. President Obama generously admitted that the web site was running “slowly.” Actually, in many states, it just doesn’t work at all.
They are enrolling people in the exchange in Connecticut — two dozen as of early this afternoon. They may or may not have more success as time goes on, but the clock is ticking. If the exchanges don’t attract millions of young, healthy uninsured, they face a rocky future.
